How to Properly Milk a Sissy

1. Do not milk your sissy more than once a month. At least 30 days should elapse between milkings to ensure a proper yield.

2.  Milking is to be initiated and continued through to completion via penetration of sissy's anus (sissypuss) and stimulation of prostate gland. No exceptions!  Sissy must be habituated to achieving relief in this way and this way only.

3. Under no circumstances allow sissy to touch herself before, during, or after milking. If she cannot deliver milk spontaneously via penetration & stimulation of her sissypuss, then she is to be considered not properly primed and should be immediately returned to chastity for a period of not less than two additional weeks.

4. Sissy's udder (formerly her cockette) is to be bound & pulled backwards between her asscheeks (see example in the illustration above; many other forms of binding are possible &  limited only by the perversity of your imagination). Binding of the udder will ensure that sissy cannot achieve a full erection (even in the doubtful event that she is still capable of doing so). By now a rigorous hormone regimen should have been introduced into sissy's maintenance making such precautions all but unnecessary to hamper erection; nonetheless, the reversal of sissy's former cockette into an "udder" will provide strong psychological reinforcement of the realities of sissy's emasculated state.

5. Though a monthly milking will produce a copious load of "milk," the udder's awkward positioning & indirect stimulation via the sissypuss will ensure that sissy is never fully satisfied, that release is never complete. This is a desirous state, not for sissy (who cares what she wants!) but for you, her owner.  When it's obvious that she cannot yield another drop, despite her frustration to do so, sissy should immediately be returned to chastity until the following month. On the rare chance that she objects, extend the time before her next milking by at least a week for every infraction.

6. Finally, sissy should always be required to drink the product of her "milking," preferably directly following it's production. If for any reason sissy should refuse, the "milk" will be saved & sissy not permitted another milking until she complies, however long and however rancid the milk becomes. Even the most recalcitrant sissy will quickly learn the advantage of gratefully drinking her milk when it is as fresh as possible.
